 No. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. We offer best-practice guidance and practical frameworks, and we can collaborate with your attorney or recommend that you seek legal counsel when appropriate. 

 We’ll listen to your situation, ask a few clarifying questions, and help you identify the best next step (Assess, Plan, or Implement/Support). You’ll leave the call with clearer direction—even if we’re not the right fit.

Yes. We primarily serve NC/SC/GA, but we can support churches and faith-based organizations nationally upon request. 

 Usually we start with a short intake and any documents or links you’re comfortable sharing (bylaws/policies if available, website/social links, and a brief description of current challenges). We’ll never ask you to “have everything perfect” before we begin. 

 An audit is a structured review of your current posture—strengths, gaps, and risk areas—followed by a prioritized set of next steps. You’ll receive a clear written summary and a practical roadmap you can implement at a steady pace. 

 Yes. We offer implementation support through focused projects, workshops, and ongoing support. The goal is follow-through—clear steps, templates, and accountability rhythms. 

 Yes. We help strengthen connection through clearer communication rhythms, scalable leadership structure, and “next steps” pathways (membership, serving, groups). Healthy growth doesn’t have to mean people feel unseen. 

 We offer practical digital strategy and limited social media support (planning, messaging clarity, and sustainable rhythms). We are not a large marketing agency and do not provide paid ad management or high-volume content production. 

 Most work is quote-based depending on scope and timeline. After a discovery call, we’ll recommend a clear next step and provide a simple proposal so you know what to expect. 

 We approach conflict with a calm, neutral, ministry-first posture. Our focus is to reduce confusion, clarify expectations, and help leaders return to shared standards and healthy processes. We handle sensitive information with discretion, and we aim for practical next steps that protect unity and trust. 

 Yes. In many cases, the best outcomes come when pastors and boards are aligned around the same priorities, language, and next steps. We can meet jointly, or in a structured sequence (pastor first, board next, then together) depending on what will best support clarity and unity.
