At Sixteen:Eighteen Consulting, this work is more than a profession—it’s my spiritual calling. Gifted as a pastor and administrator, my wife Danielle and I share a deep love for God’s people and His church. Every framework we build, every digital tool we implement, is born of a desire to serve leaders who pour out their lives for others.

We’ve watched once‐vibrant congregations face legal pressures, cultural shifts, and an alarming decline in younger members—long before the challenges of recent years. Too many churches risk closing their doors and silencing the Gospel witness their communities desperately need. Our conviction is that no pastor should have to “wing it” from Sunday to Sunday.

We partner with pastors and leadership teams to put protections and systems in place—sound governance, reliable tech, and generational roadmaps—so they can focus on the Great Commission without distraction. By equipping every church with the tools and structures it needs, we free them to do what they were called to do: proclaim and live out the love of Christ.

Since marrying in June 2010, we’ve served under young planters and seasoned traditionalists, worn the hats of sound engineer, assistant pastor, and consultant, and worked with independent churches and international organizations. We bring all of that experience to bear—one church at a time, one leadership team at a time—for the glory of God and the growth of His kingdom.
