What we review: Depending on your needs, we may review:

• Governance basics (roles, decision-making clarity, meeting habits)
• Bylaws and policy alignment (best-practice posture; not legal advice)
• Financial stewardship processes (transparency rhythms, controls, reporting)
• Digital presence clarity (website messaging, consistency across platforms)
• Readiness for growth or transition (documentation, training, continuity)

What you’ll receive: You’ll receive a clear, written summary that includes:

• Key strengths to preserve
• Gaps or risk areas to address
• A prioritized list of next steps (what to do first, next, and later)
• Recommended templates/resources (as needed)
• A suggested implementation pathway (DIY, guided support, or ongoing help)

What the process looks like

1. Intake (simple and respectful)

3. Findings Call

  Not at all. Many churches are carrying a lot with limited staff. This process is designed to be helpful, not heavy.
• “Will you share our information?”
  No. Your information is treated with care and confidentiality.
• “Do we need everything perfect before we start?”
  No. We start with what you have and build clarity from there.
