We want you to know exactly what we offer, and where we encourage you to seek additional counsel.

We’re ministry-minded consultants, not attorneys. Our role is to educate, equip, and walk alongside you—not to offer legal advice or represent you in legal matters. We believe in the power of wise counsel, and we encourage every church to seek licensed legal professionals when needed.

As Proverbs 15:22 reminds us, “Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed.” We’re honored to be one of those advisers—but not your legal one.

We work hard to provide accurate, thoughtful resources—but we’re human, and sometimes things change or evolve. Please use our content as a guide, not a guarantee. We’re not responsible for decisions made solely on what’s shared here.

We always recommend prayerful discernment, wise counsel, and context-specific planning.
